— llueva

on September 25 at the Felix Petite theater in Vitoria-Gasteiz (Spain)

Zuriñe Benavente
Ignacio Monterrubio

An intimate piece, close to the audience, which from sensitivity and beauty immerses us in a journey between the past and the present, between the past and the present, between unresolved dreams and those that remain to be resolved. A journey where continuous references to universal figures such as Mariana Pineda, Martin Luther King, Federico Garcia Lorca or Manuel de Falla are present, together with personal and intimate references that put the audience in the disposition of living the piece in first person, with a very deep complicity with what is happening there.

✴︎ I can Think of a thousand questions to ask you. Do you know? A little girl sleeps in my belly. Many times i would like to cry. You´re still there, aren´t you? i trust your heart.
